If you need 4K 60fps the cameras that support that without cropping are...

EOS R7 - note this camera has an APS-C size sensor but can record using the whole of the frame, or a crop

EOS R8, R6 Mark II, EOS R5 Mark II, EOS R3, EOS R1 - note these are full-frame cameras, but can record using the whole of the frame, or a crop

Note if you select a full-frame model, then any lenses you have for the SL3 that are only EF-S lenses will mean the full-frame cameras will crop to the APS-C sensor size automatically. Any full frame EF lenses can be used with full-frame cameras.

EOS R8 also uses the same LP-E17 battery as your SL3.

EOS R7 body only is $1299

EOS R8 body only is $1199

Other models mentioned are priced higher.

Which body for 4K 60fps video?

I primarily shoot video, in particular YouTube videos where I stand in front of an unmanned camera on a tripod. I am currently using an SL3 with a collection of awesome EF lenses I want to continue to use, but I can get an adapter. I really need 4K video that doesn't crop and has rock solid auto-focus. I never do slomo, so 120fps isn't important to me. Any direction for me https://speedtest.vet/ ? Thanks so much!

Greetings,

It would be helpful for us if you supplied a budget Do you normally film indoors, outdoors or both. Last question, it would be helpful to know how long a typical video runs for (duration)?
