I asked to update the firmware i did it using wifi with the camera on and it downloaded and updated correctly when i put ok it restarted but did not turn back on help i could do already formatie the memory i kept several buttons and nothing

Andre, your shortest path to getting resolution would be to call Canon @ 800-385-2155 or 800-652-2666.

The support staff is outstanding and really the best to assist with a firmware challenges.
