EOS R5 Fast, Wireless File Transfer to a Social Media Account

Does anyone have any insight or recommendations on optimal means, software, systems, etc. to transfer files quickly from a Canon R5 to a social media account? Right now, I'm thinking I can use the Canon Camera Connect App on my phone and just transfer JPEGs from the camera to my phone, then email the image to the social media person--as long as I can get a cellular service/Wifi connection out on the street.

You can configure your camera to upload images directly to either an online service like image.canon or you can use it to connect to an FTP server on the internet using your phone to provide the connection.
