EOS R8 How to save custom settings

Hello Community,

I have a canon eos r8 & I am very new to photography, I want to learn how to save a custom setting on my camera & how to change f in C1 & C2.

Also when I am switching to AV mode, my camera becomes very slow when I press Shutter.

Please help.

What is "f"? The f stop?

If the shutter speed goes slow when switching to Av, you must have a small aperture (f/22?) set which would result in a slow shutter speed.

More light, or larger aperture.

I would just stick to P for a while. Why do you want to use Av?

I am learning to shoot Real Estate Photography. The person who shoots has asked me to shoot in AV mode.

He did a specific setting and I want to save it in my camera's. C1
