Why is my EOS 5D Mark IV video glitching

Hey guys, recently started to face problems with my 5dmk4. Video glitches some alot and some photos are glitched and partially black aswell.

Ive tried using different cards aswell.

Please help.

This is whats happening. loss of video as Video stops and glitches for few seconds also video file is unable to be edited in premiere pro as it causes the program to crash. Also some photos get glitched aswell

What type, brand, and model of memory card are you using? Do you format cards in the camera prior to first use?

Some memory card best practices include always formatting the card. Never use micro-SD cards that need plastic adapters.

Never use the card in other devices, except in a card reader. The point is that you don’t want other devices writing to your memory card.

i have had these carrds for a while now. just started to experience this. i have used multiple cards and never a microsd with the adapter. Currently im using SANDISK Extreme Pro CF 128 gb. Im unable to take on work and make my own content as the video glitches and I lose the will to do it. Please help
