      <title>Canon R5 Top Mode Dial Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon EOS R5 and the top dial around the mode button no longer functions. I have not dropped the camera or anything so I do not know why it doesn't function anymore. It worked the other day and then all the sudden it does nothing. I have the vertical grip and the same dial on the grip functions properly but not the main one on the body. I purchased the camera used from KEH and was sent a UK model so I cannot even register it to my Canon account and get any support. Thank you for the help in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
