      <description>&lt;P&gt;The most reliable method of getting the shutter count is to take it to a Canon service facility and they will give you a document with that information.&amp;nbsp; There are some apps out there but some are inaccurate.&amp;nbsp; Others may know of something that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
