    <description>&lt;P&gt;The serial number is embedded in each image the camera captures. Simply take a screenshot photo and then open it in Canon Digital Photo Professional (DPP) show the Info about the image and there you will have the serial number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a serial number sticker on the bottom of my camera - but the number that was on there at one time is worn off.&amp;nbsp; Is there anywhere else I can get the serial number?&amp;nbsp; Support won't let me enter a ticket without a serial number.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I register as required for any product I buy and keep all information in a file. Example: I have the receipt and all relevant information in a file for my lawn tractor, bought in 2014. Even if purchased used, good to save the information if possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
