EOS R6 Mark II - Help, is this banding?

This is a R6 Mk II. This just started today. I do not know what is causing these 2 horizontal black lines. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Ray:
When you are in the compose box, look at the symbols along the top of that window: the one that looks like a camera (just to the left of the video symbol), is what you click on. That will take you to a photo upload window. You can then select Upload from the menu. From there you can drag the image you want onto the target area or click on Select Files to look for the file on your computer.
NOTE the file should be no great than 5MP and a JPG file. Once you have the file uploaded it appears in the window and then you just select the Done button on the bottom right to bring the file into your message window.

If as you say "The downloaded images do not have the 2 lines", that is good news - it suggests the sensor is not the issue. So, it means it is likely that either your EVF or LCD has an issue, but those do not impact the final image that you save. To get a solution, if your camera is under warranty, you can get this sorted free.

What I suggest is that you call 1-800-OK-CANON and have a chat to a friendly tech specialist.

I found the problem. The screen choice had been moved to 6x9
