      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ray:&lt;BR /&gt;When you are in the compose box, look at the symbols along the top of that window: the one that looks like a camera (just to the left of the video symbol), is what you click on.&amp;nbsp; That will take&amp;nbsp; you to a photo upload window.&amp;nbsp; You can then select Upload from the menu.&amp;nbsp; From there you can drag the image you want onto the target area&amp;nbsp; or click on Select Files to look for the file on your computer.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;NOTE the file should be no great than 5MP and a JPG file.&amp;nbsp; Once you have the file uploaded it appears in the window and then you just select the Done button on the bottom right to bring the file into&amp;nbsp; your message window.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If as you say "&lt;SPAN&gt;The downloaded images do not have the 2 lines", that is good news - it suggests the sensor is not the issue.&amp;nbsp; So, it means it is likely that either your EVF or LCD has an issue, but those do not impact the final image that you save.&amp;nbsp; To get a solution, if your camera is under warranty, you can get this sorted free.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What I suggest is that you call 1-800-OK-CANON and have a chat to a friendly tech specialist.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
