EOS R5 focusing issue...blue squares

Use back button focus, animal eye tracking (pet photographer). Sent camera to Canon for another repair (not important). When camera came back button focus set, animal eye tracking BUT....blue squares jump around trying to focus if there is no animal eye just an ear etc. It didn't do that before. No clue!!! HELP.

Rebecca,

I think the blue square is jumping around because it is looking for an eye to focus on.

I think you can get it to focus on one spot by tapping on your screen at the spot you want it to focus on.
