C-log On

with the current setting it does not work well with my PC

Please give me the default video setting comes with Canon R5 that one worked for me before

I don't know that there is a "default setting". It's what each person decides for him or her self.

Have you tried HD or FULL HD to see how they compare?

Resetting the camera to default settings may restore compatibility.

I imagine it is turning off C-log, that needs post processing.

Can you please clarify what you mean by with the current setting it does not work very well with my PC ?

Is the movie choppy or stuttering when played back?

It may be that you computer specification - memory, processor, graphics card, storage system are insufficient to playback the footage correctly.

You may find it easier to play back 4KU / 23.98 / IPB and C-log off.
