T7i Bluetooth Wont Pair with remote

Hi, my t7i wont connect via bluetooth to my wireless remote no matter what I try. When I hit pair, it says pairing in progress for a few minutes until it says “connection target not found”. I am not using an RC-6 or infrared remote. I have used this remote multiple times in the past easily so I dont know whats wrong this time. I have tried 3 other remotes as well as turning off bluetooth and using drive mode and resetting the wireless settings but nothing will work. Please help!! 😞

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Bluetooth remote control you're using. Are you using Wireless Remote Control BR-E1 which is made by Canon or something else? That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Hi! Im not using a wireless remote made by canon. Im not sure what the brand is on any of them since Ive had them for a few years but they look very generic (just one button and on/off switch)
