The solution was, ""Err 30" indicates that malfunctions related to the power source have been detected. This could also be a shutter malfunction.</P> <P>The solution was to take your battery out and clean the contacts with a microfiber cloth, even if they look clean. Leave your battery out for at least one minute. Re-insert your battery and try again.
