Does anyone have reliable info on R5 Mark II release date ?

Hello everyone,

So I've read that Canon will be making a big announcement on the R5 Mark II on Wenesday July 17th. However, I also read today that someone from Canon management has stated that the news about a July 17th announcement is just a Canon tease. Does anyone know? Why would canon management even say that? Im hopping that's not the case.. Im pre-ordering that bad boy ! 👍 See link below.

Announcement of the Canon EOS R1 and Canon EOS R5 Mark II . They will be doing a YouTube event on July 17 at 12:00 CEST (06:00 EDT, 03:00 PDT).

We will also see some new accessories announced, including new grips for the EOS R5 Mark II , a wireless mic system and more.
