I need to find Canon's Meantime to Failure (MTTF) rates for the T6 and T7 cameras. Does anyone know where I can find those?

Canon would have to answer that, and I don't think they give out that info.

They do have things like ratings for shutter actuations.

Besides, it depends on a lot of factors. I don't think any number they give would be meaningful in any given situation.

For example, if they test 30 cameras at 100 C, activating the shutter once per minute, would that apply in the real world?

Canon rates both cameras at 100,000 cycles.
