Hello renanleobe,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your wireless setup working. Let's start by resetting the wireless settings on the camera to factory defaults. Access the WI-FI menu and choose the phone icon. Press [SET]. You should now see your phone listed. Highlight it and press [SET]. Select [Erase Connection Info]. I have included a link to an article that will walk you through the process of establishing the WI-FI connection from scratch HERE.

Hello Canon Community,

I'm experiencing a persistent connection issue with my Canon EOS M6 camera. Neither the Wi-Fi nor the Bluetooth connections are working. The Canon Camera Connect app always shows a connection error. I've tried connecting using the camera's own Wi-Fi network, but it doesn't work either.

Initially, I thought the issue might be with my Android device, but I also tried with an iOS device and faced the same error. I've purchased an SD to USB-C cable as an alternative, but I really want to resolve the wireless connectivity issue.

Has anyone else faced this situation or have any suggestions for a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
