EOS R10 won't let me install firmware 1.40 update

Attempting to update firmware 1.30 to 1.40 on EOS R10 but "OK" is greyed out so cannot initiate the install. Have successfully applied other updates so I know the correct procedure. Any help is appreciated.

Did you try selecting the gray OK? I noticed on my last R6 and R6 II f/w updates, OK was grey, but it was still selectable and started the update.

Yes I did press it several times and nothing happened. Went through the procedure 3 times with same result. But maybe I did not wait long enough. Will try again with more patience. Thank u for response.
