But when I try to connect an external mic (tried with a Hollyland Lark M1 and Rode VideoMic) the camera still uses the internal mic. I've tried with other plugs (the one that comes with both mics are TRS not TRRS like phones does) and nothing. Don't know if I have to clean the input or make a configuration on camera. Would like to know if I can see if the input is broken or damage or something else. Need some help please.
