EOS R6 Mark ii Info Button Not Working

Hi, I wonder if anyone else had this issue: After using the Canon R6 Mark ii for four months, the INFO button suddenly will not respond. At all. I have gone through the menus, but cannot see a possible fix. Everything else seems to work well. Anyone? Thank you!

I have not had this issue on my R6m2. Your camera is still under warranty. I would take it in to get it checked out.

Did they get of figured out? My r6m2 - none of the buttons are working.
