Does Canon still provide service for the EOS 5D Mark III?

On the rear of the camera - the 'cap' is missing from the button above the quick control button. The button still works, but is not easy to use it to change settings - up, down, left or right - without the 'cap' - plus dust or moisture can get in.

Unfortunately, the 5D3 is no longer on the list of supported cameras Canon still repairs. This means it's been retired. You might be able to find a private shop. Try searching camera repair with your ZIP code.

You can also try searching eBay, AliExpress or US camera for parts.

Buying a used replacement is another option if you are very fond of the body. Canon had refurbished 5D4s on sale for $1399 on April 22nd. They were sold out within 48 hours.

KEH, B&H or Adorama are other options.
