    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had trouble completing a repair request? I've filled out the form in its entirely. But at the end "submit request" is grayed out. I can only cancel the request. I've tried on both Chrome and Safari incase it was my browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
