EOS Rebel T6i Changing user information & Connecting to iPhone

First, I have inherited a Rebel T6i from a former coworker whose MAC address, passwords, etc. are in the camera. She no longer works here, so therefore I don't have access to her information.

Second, I am trying to move photos from the camera to my iPhone, but cannot seem to get the camera to recognize the same Wi-Fi network. If I change my phone setting to the SSID that the camera shows, it will not connect. Should I be able to change the SSID to a different Wi-Fi network?

pattip,

If you inherited the camera, I would do a complete reset of all the settings, and format any card that might be there.

If you don't have a manual, I would download one in pdf format.
