my Canon EOS M50 mark 2 takes very long to take a photo and then turns out blurry on manual mode And I'm not very sure what to do because I just started

The delay in the shutter release sounds like the drive mode may be set for a self timer delay. Does the delay seem to be a consistent amount of time? Most self timer settings allow the user to choose either a 2 or 10 delay between pressing the shutter button and the actual shutter release. The user manual should walk you thru the process of adjusting the shutter drive modes.

Did you purchase your M50 new or used. Did the camera work properly for you prior to these issues?
