    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello today i dropped my eos r50 and i tought that it is all okay but the menu button is stuck in clicked position and i cannot do anything. I have warranty but if i send it to them they will make me pay for the fix because i dropped it but if i open it and fix it myself the warranty will drop. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately a drop that causes damage is not covered under warranty. That's what accidental damage insurance is for. &amp;nbsp;If you don't have accidental damage insurance then you will have to pay for the repair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you described, if you open the camera then the warranty is cancelled because Canon does not offer warranty on repairs made by non-authorised servicing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the answer and the suggestion! I have one of those, the problem tough was that I was using a gimbal at the time and i did not have it equipped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
