EOS R10 buttons not working consistently

Hello World,

I have problem for my camera.

The camera is Canon eos R10.

The problem it is when I turn on my camera

Some buttons not working or touch screen.

But sometime it's coming back to normal, like using touch screen or all button

A few minutes, those buttons doesn't work

Remove the memory card. Switch the top dial to the “P” programming mode. Go into the menus to find the option(s) to reset the camera back to factory defaults.

Does the issue persist? If so, then you need to contact Canon Support for a service ticket.

But even menu isn't working unless info button, shutter button, main dial, quick control dial. And the camera turning on just normal
