EOS 5D Mark III bracketing suddenly stops working randomly every now and then.

Hello! (first post here!)

Me and two other work buddies are wondering if anyone knows why all 3 of our cannon 5D MK3 cameras are doing this strange thing where after registering our HDRI settings randomly bracketing will stop working and only take one image.

we have heard maybe its something to do with how they get turned off but im not to sure on this. C3 is always set up with the bracketing on a 2 second delay and never gets changed on any of our cameras. could it be firmware related?

We have been using these cameras for HDRIs for years now and know we dont have them on single shooting mode. just wondering if anyone else has this issue or can help? please let me know if you need any more info 🙂
