topic Off camera flash Issue with EOS R in EOS DSLR & Mirrorless Cameras

When I use the flash on the camera, the hot shoe works very well. However, when I use a trigger to take the camera off the flash, it does not work. I tested it with the same model of camera, and it works fine, but not with this camera.

Much more information is needed:

What camera are you using?

What specific flash?

How are you controlling the flash (wired connection, optical line-of-site, radio)?
