Hi Andre and welcome to the forum:
Essentially the Full-Frame nature of the 5D series means that there are no adapters to allow EF-S, EF-M, RF and RF-S to fit your camera. The way the optics of EF-S lenses are designed means that they will foul the mirror in the camera body as they protrude closer to the sensor.

You can use Canon or 3rd-Party EF lenses, but note that you need to check that the latter are actually EF and not EF-S specific lenses.

If you let us know a budget value, and what kinds of subjects you want to photograph, we may be able to suggest some lenses for you.

Hi,

I just got a Canon 5D MKii.

I need to get lenses. From what I can understand I need EF lenses and EF-S & EF-M wont fit.

Which adaptor can I get if I want to convert lenses so it can fit Canon 5D MKii?

Thank you in advance.
