Canon EOS M100 not powering on

I'm experiencing a problem with my Canon M100 as it's not powering on. I've already attempted to change the battery, but the issue persists. Can someone guide me on the process of sending the camera to Canon for repairs, and could you provide an estimate of the potential cost for fixing it? Thank you.

If you are in USA go to the M100 support site, register your product and follow steps to get service.

If not in USA follow similar process in your region.

According to the website I check the M100 will be supported for repair till Nov2026.
