My EOS M50 Mark II will not work with EOS Webcam Utility.

Every time i try to use EOS Webcam Utility with my camera it shows error 70, i try to put my battery in and out, turn my camera off and on but it still shows and I can only use it for uses without the webcam utility. Its a big problem because i mostly use it for streaming.

What lens are you using? Does your lens require the use of a mount adapter? If so, is it Canon?

Did you say that you camera works correctly when you do NOT connect a USB cable for use as a WebCam?

What is computer’s Operating System version number?

Have you tried a different USB data cable and different USB ports on your computer?

The answer number 1 It came with the camera so yes it is canon.

2. Yes it works fine without

3. I can not find out at the moment I’ll get back to it when I can

and some added info it only occurred when I re-downloaded the Camera Utility..
