EOS M50 Mark II Making albums error: 'No compatible images available for selection"

Hi, I have recently purchased the Canon Eos M50 Mark ii and I'm really satisfied with the camera quality and the pictures I'm taking. But there's one problem, I can't make albums. Everytime I try to make an album it says 'No compatible images available for selection' how do I fix this??

What does the camera’s Advanced user Guide say? It is available for download on the same Canon Product Support page for the M50 mark II as the software downloads.

What file save format are you using? If I had to venture a wild guess, then I suspect the camera is looking for JPG files to create an album, whatever that might be.
