I damage the eyecup structure that holds it with the body when I was travelling. The structure with the screw was broken and the eyecup is not firm anymore. Is this possible to be repaired? 😞

Greetings,

Sorry this has happened. This appears repairable, but its not going to be inexpensive. This portion of the eyepiece is part of the top assembly. If you have a Carepak thats a plus. Next step, register your product in MyCanon, open a support case and you'll get an estimated cost for repair. The camera will need to be inspected.

MyCanon

Hope it works out. Here is a better angle. Following the lines of the body, its not the top, but the back of the body that will need to be replaced.
