EOS R6 touchscreen not working, focus point stuck at top right

sometime my conon R6 touch is not working and its focus point going rest on top right corner. .after this problem

i reset my camera and i updated camera firmware ,but the problem is exist .

can you give me right solution

Is the lock switch on. If on it disables the touch screen. If set to do so in the camera menu.
