    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon Rebel TS6s camera and when I plug it into my laptop, my laptop is not recognizing it so I'm unable to upload my photos from my camera to my laptop.&amp;nbsp; Is there a setting on the camera that might be off?&amp;nbsp; I used to upload to my laptop with no issue.&amp;nbsp; I had a new hard drive installed on my laptop so maybe that changed something?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows? Mac? Linux?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebel TS6s is not a model. Do you mean Rebel T6s? T6? T6i?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The camera should mount in your File Explorer or on your Desktop, depending on what OS. No setting on the camera for this. A new hard drive isn't the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to give better info on what you are doing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have another USB cable to try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
