Canon RP Shutter Count/ Using Dire Studio

I have tried to connect my Canon RP to the Dire Studio app on my IPad both with a USB C cord and wirelessly and it will not connect. My RP is paired with my IPad through Canon Connection, but will not connect to the Dire Studio APP, no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

So your camera is successfully connecting to your devices and also with Canon Connect.

It just won't connect to Dire Studio? I'd reach out to them for support as we don't have any resources in regards to non canon software or apps.

You need to get in touch with the manufacturer of the app, not Canon.

Not sure what purpose a shutter count on a mirrorless body would serve, anyway. You can take photos without using the shutter.
