Is safety shift enabled in the custom functions settings? If so, try disabling it.

I have a Canon EOS R M, that so far, is perfect for what I do. I keep settings simple and mainly shoot in manual mode.

My only peeve so far is the ISO. For example, if I set it to 400iso, somehow sometimes it will drop to 100iso while I’m shooting. Is there a way to lock the iso?

I’m not using the Touch Bar, so I think my fingers or nose is touching the screen. I don’t want to turn off the touch screen feature if possible.

I wonder if the lock button would also lock the touch screen temporarily, possibly preventing the accidental changing of the ISO until you click the button again when you need to change settings?
