    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, good afternoon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help, I'm from Chile and a few months ago I bought a canon r8 and today I started getting error 20, which is a shutter problem, I took it to canon Chile and it has no international warranty :(I was very disappointed to hear that , so now they are charging me for a new shutter; all this seems very strange to me, the camera has not received any blow and it has only been used in 2 photo sessions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I can do ? Is there any way for Canon USA to help me with this problem here with Canon Chile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I doubt Canon USA can help you. This is not Canon USA Support. &amp;nbsp;It is only a use forum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting the impression that you did not purchase the camera from an authorized Canon dealer. &amp;nbsp;However, if you did purchase from an authorized dealer, then you should have found out about this when you registered the warranty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
