Does 70D have same video autofocus with lenses other than STM lenses?

Just wondering if continuous autofocus during video is same with other lenses on canon 70d.

STM is simply quieter than other focus systems so you don't hear the lens working in your videos. As for speed, it is pretty fast but not faster than USM.

Thanks Scotty! I want to replace my T1i so looking at D70 as an option. Also considering 7D
They are so close in specs. I mainly want a camera for stills with an option of video not the other way around.
I have read hundreds of reviews but stll cant make up my mind 🙂
