Cannot choose 4k video with EOS 5D Mark IV

I do not see the option for choosing 4k video in the menu, only FHD. I am using a compatible CF card.

What do you see? Is the camera set for Video Mode when you check the menus?

In video mode, if I go to the menu and navigate to "Movie rec. size" screen, I see 4 options for FHD with different frame rates. I can only choose between those 4 FHD settings.
