Hey everyone I have yet to update the Firmware available for EOS R6 is it safe to update? and can I use the canon connect to do it and what do I need to do?

It took me approximately 12 minutes to do the 1.8.2 firmware update, and I have had no issues. It does not appear to be a critical update, so you could do it when you are not busy with your camera.
