We have and EOS 30D, EFS 17-85mm. Will the lens EF 75-300mm for the EOS 7D and 60D wk w/ours?

Yes. EF lens are compatible with all EOS DSLR (and SLR) cameras.

EF-S lens will work with all the cameras you mentioned, but not all EOS DSLRs.
