Video issue when filming Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM

Hello.
When im filming with T4i and Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM during motion the picture is not smooth, look at attached footage.

Video of issue

When filming steady shots all good.
Im not talking about shaky video - its normal , im talking about this step by step motion of picture to right.

I'm not sure if I am seeing what you're seeing. Do you see this issue when you play back videos in the camera? On your local computer? In fact, I don't see anything beyond some camera shake. Could there be a YouTube connection issue for you?

What you are seeing is typical of the Auto Focus of that camera. Newer and higher end Canon cameras use the Dual Pixel AF sensor, which is much more responsive to changes in the focus distance.

I was on manual focus, so thats not the issue. After multiple tests and deeper investigation: issue is some sort of Rolling Shutter, you can see similar issue here https://youtu.be/MQCMsdhlXC0?t=1m54s

The solution in my case is downgrade video quality to 720p 60fps.

Downgrade the video quality? That sounds more like a work around, than an actual solution.

But, if you're happy, then I'm happy.

Actually the solution is to increase fps. On t4i the only way to do it go down to 720p.
