In the meantime, I'm waiting for my refund to come in. On my end UPS delivered package to canon on July 16th, but have yet to receive any refund from canon. Hoping it won't take too long. I gave canon a call because I received an alarming email from them two days ago stating that "Your Product Return Has Not Been Completed." Representative told me to wait and apologized for the email.
