Replacement for Tripod Collar EF 400mm f/4 DO IS USM

Hi everyone.

I'v recently bought an used EF 400mm f/4 DO IS USM (V1) that's missing the tripod collar.

Searched the entire internet and could't find the name/specs of the collar replacement or any info about it.
How could I ask canon if they still have any, or where could I find one? can be used obviously.

Being that it is a pretty old lens and they do not list the tripod collar as a separate part, it may be impossible to find. I would measure the diameter of where the collar fits and check out aftermarket options. Looks like a great lens.
