If that's not helpful, then I'd ask you to be just a bit more specific about what product(s) you are not finding by using the "Individual Products" tab and/or the "Kit Products" tab. What was your specific kit and did you register both the camera and lens as a kit? The RF 100-400 5.6-8 will be registered using the "Infidividual Products" tab.

I have an EOS R7 body in Individual Products already. when I go and find the "Kit" R7 and type in my serial number it says it is already being used for that R7 individual product entry

when I look for the RF 100-400 F/5.6-7.1 IS USM, it doesn't appear in the individual listing, only the white barrel model pictured here

I have verified both products are in the registration database.

As suggested by my colleague, use the "Individual Products" tab for the RF 100-400

To register the R7 + RF-S 18-150 kit, you must select the "Kits Products" tab and select the following.

If the system says the R7 serial is already registered, it means the product was registered as an individual product in error. To correct this, you will need to contact Canon Support 1-800-652-2666.
