EOS R3 & RF200-800mm Focus Adjustment from Canon

Can the Canon EOS R3 camera body and the Canon RF 200-800mm lens be focus adjusted (tuned) by Canon? My current lens and camera combo has problems maintaining sharp focus "lock on" . When using my R3 with the RF200-500 lens or my EF 500mm lens the focus ability is much quicker and more accurate.

I recommend that you check to make sure your camera and lens firmware are both up to date before sending it in.
