RF100-500mm : Cannot register this product.

I just received my lens today and came other register. I've tried loads of ways to find the product on the registration section and it can't be found. Is there a tip or a site bug?

It looks like this was an old problem in 2022, but what gives?

Hi,

I just checked. The lens is there and can be registered.

Type this:

RF100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM

It comes right up. No problems.
