    <description>&lt;P&gt;As posted above not only a poor choice for portraits it is a poor choice of FL for a cropper period. Unless you have a specific requirement there are more friendly FL for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is fully compatible and will mount directly to your camera without an adapter. Are you looking to do portraits. An 85mm lens will be difficult to use on a crop sensor camera. It will provide an Angle of View of 136mm when compared to Full Frame. 50mm would be a more friendly focal length on APS-C. It would have an angle of view of 80mm when compared to Full Frame.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
