Hey! i have the 70-200 2.8 mkii and have used it on 5d mkii, iii, and iv. Now I have the R5C and still using it. It's an amazing lens. I've used it professionally for years and it's an absolute beast. Snaps on lightening fast, sharp and never failed me. I tried the R version but the price difference was so much that I couldn't justify an upgrade. If it's you're first time getting a 70-200 then it might make more sense to get the R, only if the price isn't an issue. In my opinion, just get the EF and spend the extra money on a different lens! 😄 Hope this helps

I’m looking to get either a ef mkiii 70-200 or just get an rf used prices are about 700 dollar difference.

Is there any real difference to the lenses other than size and slightly better optics https://mobdro.bio/ ?

If you do shoot with a mkiii I’d love to hear your thoughts on the lense as well!
