Hello. I recently purchased the camera & lens kit for the Canon EOS R50. My lens will no longer zoom in & out. I can turn the dial, but the function is no longer there. Is there a way to troubleshoot this at home or will I need to send it in for possible repair? Thank you for your help!

Hey! Thank you for your response. Yes it is manual, I can turn the dial to manually zoom in and out, but the action of zooming in or out is not completed when done so.

Hmmm, doesn’t sound good. I would call Canon service 800-652-2666
